A great formula to use in place of toothpaste, mouthwash, breath fresheners or mints! Regular use promotes healthy oral hygiene. Add a drop or two to your toothpaste, dental floss or oil pulling routine.
Apply 1 drop to the back of your hand and rinse anytime for fresh breath and continuous oral hygiene. Add 2 drops to toothpaste before brushing or rub on gums after brushing. Make your own super clean toothpaste: Add 1 drop to a dry toothbrush and soak in aluminum-free baking soda or sea salt. Extra charge for teeth cleaning! Apply 1 drop to your thumb and index finger and rub the toothbrush across your fingers. Your mouth will never be cleaner after brushing! Massage 1-2 drops into the gums to deeply disinfect teeth and gums. Add 1-2 drops to salt water as a mouthwash or sore throat. To enhance oil pulling, add 1-2 drops to a teaspoon of unrefined oil.
