Place 1 drop on the back of your hand and lick anytime for fresh breath and continuous oral hygiene. Add 2 drops to your toothpaste before brushing or rub on gums after brushing. Make your own super pure plaque fighting toothpaste: Add 1 drop to a dry toothbrush and dip in aluminum free baking soda or sea salt. Grow your dental floss! Put 1 drop on your thumb and index finger and pull the dental floss through your fingers. After flossing, your mouth will never be cleaner! Massage 1-2 drops into the gums to promote circulation and deeply disinfect the gums and teeth. Add 1-2 drops to salt water for an exceptional mouthwash or sore throat gargle.
